Catie has been in the real estate business since 2004. Starting in the new construction industry, she quickly earned Rookie of the Year from the Homebuilders Association of Richmond and later earned her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and Associate Broker License.

Catie has been a lifelong resident of Richmond and has lived in many parts of town including the Westhampton Area, Church Hill, and Salisbury. Currently she resides in Stratford Hills with her husband and daughter. Her main goal in serving clients is to make herself available whenever her clients need her.
