Growing up in Virginia and living in Richmond for 17 years, has given Ann an insiders perspective on the Richmond market. Ann, agent with Shaheen, Ruth, Martin & Fonville Real Estate, is a strong advocate of the Richmond area, and demonstrates this by having volunteered for numerous associations. Ann is a graduate from Old Dominion University and went directly into sales after graduation. The market changes often and Ann strives to stay ahead of the ever-changing industry.
