We are so incredibly lucky and appreciative to have worked with Chelle Bravo. We are first time home buyers, and she truly went above and beyond to make our experience easy, comfortable, and exciting for many reasons.
From the moment we met Chelle, we knew we were in extremely capable hands. Her exceptionally kind, charismatic, upbeat, and thoughtful demeanor made it feel as though we had been friends with her for years, which made the painstaking process of buying a home actually enjoyable and less nerve-racking. She consistently took steps to ensure that our best interests were prioritized and her constant consideration for our needs proved that Chelle always puts the buyers first before the sale.
Another aspect that we really appreciated was Chelle's constant communication and availability. We talked day and night through the buying process. In this market, we needed to move lightning fast with everything, and she always kept up. We knew that we could text her at 7 am or 11 at night, and Chelle always responded promptly. She met us on the fly when we randomly found a house, and quickly pivoted when times needed to change.
Perhaps the thing we appreciated most was Chelle's honesty and genuine, sincere effort to look out for us. She never hesitated to be honest with us about the pros and cons of a home, and we never once felt pushed into a house we didn't love. She honored our opinions and our process and masterfully facilitated viewings and decisions so that we felt informed, but in control.
I would highly recommend Chelle for any buyer because of her professionalism, diligence, and exceptional kindness and consideration. She found us the perfect first home to start our life together, and we are so incredibly grateful. Thank you, Chelle!

I wanted to relay how incredibly thankful and impressed I am to have been able to work with one of your agents, Chelle Bravo.
From the first day of working with her, Chelle was incredibly professional, approachable & accessible, clear in her communication, and most importantly was a fierce advocate during this process. As a first time home buyer, there were many moving steps in this process and it would have been very easy to feel overwhelmed, which is why I feel particularly fortunate to have worked with Chelle, who made things clear and very straightforward. She took the time to show many homes and got a feel for what we were looking for, and then guided us through the process while being as strategic as possible, both with making offers on homes as well as how to respond to the seller's needs.
Our home purchase was a complicated one because of a joint mortgage, a very uncompromising seller, navigating around an existing lawsuit against the seller before closing, as well as rental agreements and appraisal needs with contractors. It was fairly complex and required close attention to detail. Without Chelle's guidance, I don't know that I would be happily moving into my first home due to these complications. She led the way in terms of explaining details and then advocated strongly for our needs. Up until we walked out of closing, Chelle was there guiding the way.

Those qualities are what ultimately made the sale of my home that was initially listed as "for rent". Beyond those effective qualities, Chelle also shows you that she is listening. I have a geriatric, large breed, dog who is struggling with stairs. A lot of homes we visited had very steep and narrow stairways. I must have mentioned that my dog would have a hard time with those. To my truly heart felt surprise, one of the features she was so excited about with the home that I ended up buying was a less steep, and wide stairway. Words will never express how grateful I am to have had Chelle Bravo as my Realtor.
