Colleen Shaut

Early in her business career, Colleen was a residential appraiser and that experience has followed her as she has become an undisputed Top Producer in our area! Colleen has been a realtor for 40 years and has had her broker’s license since 1990.

Awards: Platinum, Diamond – you name it and Colleen has successfully attained the recognition by her peers for years. It must be the “Riley” in her because she is competitive and great at what she does. Her standards of excellence are everywhere to be seen. Her community involvement is evidenced as past president of the Northern Neck Tourism Council, past president of the Irvington Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Lancaster Chamber Tourism Committee and member of Historic Christ Church finance committee.

Colleen resides in Irvington and has two married daughters and four precious grandchildren.
