Her roots, however, trace back to the Roanoke, VA area where she spent her childhood in South Roanoke. Holly’s early education was at Roanoke Catholic grade school, followed by Lord Botetourt High School, located in the picturesque surroundings of Botetourt County near Fincastle, VA.
During her youth, Holly developed a passion for horseback riding, a hobby that saw her travel extensively along the East Coast. She participated in numerous horse shows, competing in the prestigious A circuit, showcasing her dedication and competitive spirit from a young age.
Post her high school years, Holly pursued higher education at Radford University, where she honed her business acumen, graduating with a degree in Marketing. This academic foundation paved the way for a successful career in the finance sector. Holly initially joined Branch Cabell & Co., a reputable investment firm, where she worked in the Institutional Sales department. Her role at Branch Cabell was significant, involving the management of extensive portfolios, a responsibility she handled with professionalism and expertise. Her accomplishments in this role were further underscored by her acquisition of the Series 7 and Series 63 licenses, essential qualifications in the finance industry.
Holly’s career trajectory took a collaborative turn when she, alongside one of her brokers, transitioned from Branch Cabell to contribute to the formation of Par Capital Management and Edmunds White Capital. These stints at prominent money management firms further enhanced her experience in financial management and client relations.
Life took a new direction for Holly with the birth of her second daughter, leading her to make the heartfelt decision to become a stay-at-home mother. This period allowed her to focus on family life, nurturing her three wonderful children in the warm and vibrant community of the Libbie/Grove area in Richmond.
Holly’s flair for interior design and her love for antiques are not just personal interests but also professional strengths.
