John Chandler

John Chandler is a real estate agent with Shaheen, Ruth, Martin & Fonville, and a graduate of Randolph-Macon College. He is also a Class A General Contractor and founded Chandler Construction in 2013. Starting in a local lumber yard in 2005, John began in the construction industry by providing some of the Richmond area’s most notable builders with their lumber and building materials. Combining this foundation with onsite construction management in working for a local developer, John brings a unique background and skillset to the forefront when working with clients.
