Welcome! I’m Ted Evans, an Associate Broker with Shaheen, Ruth, Martin & Fonville Real Estate. With 23 years of real estate experience, I have the knowledge and expertise necessary to help my clients achieve their real estate goals.

• I accurately price the home which I am listing. A home that is overpriced will not sell and a home that is underpriced could potentially leave money on the table for my client.
• A tailored marketing strategy that highlights the homes unique features is critical. Some of the tools I use in my marketing strategy include professional photography, detailed floor plans, virtual tours, and targeted online advertising.

• I utilize market data to help my clients understand the value of their investment and the potential return on their investment.
• Home inspections are recommended for my clients even if it is for informational purposes only. This is one of the largest purchases most people will make and they need as much information as possible on the home they are buying.
• Local connections are very important to a real estate transaction, and I have local lenders, home inspectors, contractors, and more that I can recommend.
• Understanding the home buying process is critical. I help my clients to understand the local real estate market, the difference between pre-approval and loan approval, the purchase contract and their obligations, and the importance of HOA documents.
