Virginia has helped us buy and sell several houses in Richmond and now at the River. In that time, she has been with two different agencies which is common in this industry. What has remained consistent with Virginia however is her tenacity and advocacy for us as her clients. She is also extremely patient which is helpful in what tends to be a very stressful situation. Buying and selling real estate is very difficult and HGTV makes it look easy….it isn’t easy and participants tend to get greedy. You need someone in your corner looking out for only you. We met all of our goals!
When we began our search for a listing agent, we developed a checklist of our needs. We wanted a realtor with a recent sales history in the Rocketts Landing community where our home was located, we also wanted a Richmond based realtor with a recent history in our community and a connection to the city and surrounding counties. Due to a job relocation, we were also looking for a fairly quick sale. Knowing that we would be located out of state during the sale process, would require any realtor we chose to take on additional on-site and communication responsibilities.
After meeting with Virginia and discussing our specific needs, both my wife and I immediately knew that we had found the right person. Virginia was professional, available, and courteous throughout every step of the sale process and after. Less than two months after listing, we were closing on a sale.
