Chesterfield, Hanover, Henrico, and Richmond City October pending sales are up 25.7% from October of 2019 and closed sales are up 24.4% from the same time last year. Ironically the inventory has only increased 2.4% which is another example of our lack of inventory in the marketplace. The average sales price increased from $308,815 to $361,491 year over year for October. Lastly the overall inventory for homes for sale has gone from 2730 in 2019 to 1422 in 2020, which is down -47.9% for October.
