Drew was personable, professional and responsive. Moving from out of state and not knowing the area, we soon realized that we were in very capable hands with Drew. We had a negative experience with another Realtor who did not listen to our requests and pressured us to buy a home for a price we just weren't comfortable with. Drew truly listened to our preferences in price and home features, and we actually fell in love with, and bought, the first house he showed us (after looking for almost 8 months!) Drew even went above and beyond, surprising us by mowing the lawn for us since we hadn't had a chance to purchase a lawn mower yet! We also felt that he was an excellent negotiator for us, prompting the homeowners to make cosmetic repairs we did not think we could ask for. We highly recommend Drew Harrell!
