I have worked with Sallie twice now--once to sell my mom's house thirteen years ago when she passed away and again this January and February to buy my daughter's first home. One was a depressed market and the other a hot one but Sallie had good strategies for both. She was great at pointing out details to my daughter and me and had a broad understanding of what we were looking for as well as the details only a practiced eye would see. In both cases, she always had the perfect person we needed to help complete the task--from fixing my mom's house for sale to closing on my daughter's. Yes indeed I would.... and have recommended Gaye and Stephen Moth. They both handled the sale of our former house, and the purchase of our new house. When we began looking at houses, Gaye listened and learned exactly what we were looking for. Gaye did not waste our time with houses that did not fit our requirements and seemed to be constantly monitoring the listings.
