Jarred was excellent to work with as first time home buyers. We had a lot of questions and were very picky in our wants and needs in a new home. He never got frustrated with us and was always quick to respond to emails, phone calls, or text messages. He even showed us a house at 9pm because he knew that it was something we were interested in but it would go quickly. Jarred was there for us every step of the way; helping us find a mortgage broker, home inspector, closing attorney, and helping us get estimates on needed home repairs. Mary was the most wonderful agent! We were searching for a waterfront property in Virginia and she went far out of her area to show us places we found interesting. She did awesome searches for us and worked with other agents to set up viewings of houses (on weekend trips from our home in PA). When we found the right place for us, she prepared detailed comparisons and helped us negotiate a fine price. She helped us with all inspections and kept everything organized and on track for the closing. We have worked with other real estate agents in the past; but, non were as personable and dedicated as Mary. We would highly recommend her!
