When I thought I could be a Fixer-Upper pro to flip a house while in reality the most handy thing I’ve done was to change a light bulb, Sheri kindly laid out the work load that would be involved in our future. She never said yes or no to our decisions. She was a mirror to reflect our needs and the realities, and assist us to make wise decisions. When it comes to the actual offering process, she is on top of negotiations. No matter if it was requesting a showing, writing an offer, or responding to a counter offer, she got things done quickly. She always answers calls and returns messages. She talked us through the pros and cons when making an offer, explored our concerns, and made sure our offer was strong and competitive so we felt confident and good about it. In today’s 'market, with low inventories, we were able to strategically block other competitors and score our dream house on the first try. My review was a bit long, but when you enjoy working with someone and admire her spirit, you don’t have enough to say about her. Sheri has high work ethics and works so hard to maintain her reputation. For someone who takes her business seriously and treats her clients as priorities, she deserves my respect and support! I loved working with Greer to buy my condo. My schedule to look at properties was all over the place; before work, lunch hour, weekends, etc. and she always made it work and was there on time. She isn't pushy or salesy (for lack of a better word); she's easy going and enjoyable to be around. I think we looked at close to 10 places in 1 week. There really wasn't much around. When I finally found my place it was on the market for maybe 1 day. We ended up putting in $5k over asking. I was a little skeptical at the time, but it was definitely the right move. They already received an offer for the asking price from the person that looked at it right before us. The day after the seller accepted my offer she got a cash offer. Now, only 18 months later, Zillow's estimate is showing the condo's value at $35k more than I paid for it. Definitely a good investment! I'm so glad I we went for it.

Betts McGurn King did an excellent job dealing with a very difficult sellers agent when we purchased our vacation home recently. The sellers agent thought he could control the situation because our agent was young. Betts proved him wrong in so many ways; and helped us through the process by being prompt with every request, delving into unusual areas (such as intricate septic issues), and consistently being unflappable in the face of adversity.
