My family worked with Nelson for several years selling properties from my father's estate (mostly rental houses, duplexes, and apartment buildings). Kim Atkinson is best in class!

My husband and I have bought and sold about 5 homes, and needless to say, when that happens you get picky and you know what you want.

Kim never batted an eyelash at any request we had. She was always kind, patient, and extremely informative for a couple that was not from the area or state for that matter.

If we received push back from the selling side she'd fix the issue before it became one.

If Kim doesn't have an answer she will find the right one for you and in a quick fashion. Most of the time she answered questions before they were asked.

You know you have the right agent when she is just as excited for you as you are to get into your new home and experience all Virginia has to offer.

If you don't work with this team, you've quite frankly made the wrong decision.
