We interviewed three realtors before picking Peggy Smolko to see our house. She recommended the highest listing price of the three and even though we did have to drop the price at one point, she obtained a selling price that was higher than any of the other brokers' starting points. We were working long-distance since we had moved to another state at the outset of the listing, so she had to essentially keep an eye on the house for us and take care of things that an on-site homeowner would have done.
