Drew helped my wife and me make a long distance (DC to Richmond) home purchase and move. He was friendly, patient, and professional from start to finish. Throughout the process he’s gone out of his way to help us. When we found a house we loved and another party submitted an offer, Drew worked with our lender to get us qualified while we were at work. Prior to final walkthrough he shoveled the 10 inches of snow from the walk and driveway. And even though we’ve closed, he’s still been willing to arrange contractors and let them in the house until we can actually get moved to the area. I highly recommend Drew.

Gabrielle was my realtor from December 2022 - March 2023, and I found the house that really fit my true "me" because of her! From the start, Gabrielle eased my nerves of the process, which was at first daunting to me, by giving me the breakdown in easy-to-understand terms. When we started looking at properties, she knew an absolute plethora of small property details (benefits of the various properties, items to look out for, pitfalls, numerous helpful things to a first-time home buyer). Gabrielle was literally available 24/7, which was very helpful - especially once my contract for a house was chosen and the process really ramped up! She was cordial and respectful at all-times, which can be a big ask if you're like me and have one or two "freak out" moments during the process. :-) One such instance was after the home inspection, which can be daunting to first-time home buyers. Gabrielle spent the extra time to actually formulate a recommended priority punch-list of items to review, which 1) eased my mind, 2) rendered the items easier to understand and prioritize. I feel that Gabrielle is a realtor who truly takes her job and clients seriously, and will go the extra 5 miles to ensuring her client is in the home fit for them to live in as a home. Definitely would recommend that you have a conversation with her on your house endeavors and questions!
