On May 8 we had no idea we would be moving to Virginia this year after living 37 years in Atlanta. Eight weeks later, we had found the perfect house in Richmond, sold our home, and moved. Highly recommend Randy and Jodi

You know how they say it all works out if things are meant to be, well, meeting Randy at an open house on a cold Saturday in late February was a great start! Yes, we looked at a couple of houses and met different agents, but right off, we knew Randy and Jodi were the right fit for us. Randy and Jodi both would take us on "virtual tours" of homes since we were over two hours away, and then they would line up showings based on what was discovered during the week before. After spending the first weekend looking, both Randy and Jodi were able to quickly learn our likes and dislikes. I can recall Randy measuring garage door openings for me right off so my boat would fit. Randy and Jodi know Williamsburg well which was a bonus after a long day of looking at homes, to enjoy some of the great restaurants and activities around here. At no time did I feel Randy or Jodi wanted to push us into a home that was over our budget, I felt that they really wanted us to find the right forever home. When a major lender wanted to charge me $8k in points, Randy put me in touch with a local lender where I not only saved money, but they were able to make the deal work. Even up to the day before closing, while Janet and I were in Culpeper, Randy and Jodi were here, making sure the house was ready and even showed up to help move the seller's furniture out! If one is looking for a team, more than just an agent, I would highly recommend Randy and Jodi!

AC is amazing! As first home buyers she made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process, informed about decisions we had to make and was patient with all of our questions.
