We can’t say enough good things about Sheri Collins Real Estate. In fact, we enjoyed working with her so much on a 2018 relocation to Richmond that we decided to collaborate with her again recently on both a home sale and purchase! Whatever happens, Sheri is there for you. She went out of her way to keep the lines of communication open in our transactions with us and other agents, even when things got challenging. Unfortunately, we had one sale fall through by no fault of ours, and Sheri worked tirelessly over the weekend to help us get back on the market and under contract again within days. We ended up with an even better sale price than before! Sheri had recommendations for everything we needed. She did a walk-through weeks before we even signed a seller contract with her to make sure our home would go for top dollar. She also helped us stage for the professional photographer she arranged. I know the staging and photos helped our home sell so quickly! Beyond the business side, Sheri goes above and beyond to get to you know your family. In all of the buying/selling/moving hubbub, we had to put one of our dogs down, and Sheri was there with a sympathy card, care package, and a hug. We are grateful for Sheri’s professionalism, and after the time we’ve spent together over the past few months, we’re happy to call her a friend.
