Randy and his wife Jodi are an awesome team, especially if you are looking in the Williamsburg/James City County market. I don't think there is a thing about Williamsburg Jodi doesn't know. Randy is a fountain of info and seems to know ten people for every issue that comes up. He is also clear in his explanations and does not beat around the bush. With both of them, I liked that they always just told it like it is. They always made me feel like I was their only client, no matter how busy they were. We bought our new home and sold our old one with them, and they went ten extra miles to do both! If you need a realtor, look no further.
