Sallie was instrumental in the pricing and sale of my home. Neighbors suggested that I talk to Sallie as one of the contender realtors. Being a buyer's market, I interviewed several realtor's and was even considering a For Sale by Owner(FSBO). I'm so glad I didn't go that route. The value Sallie brought was far beyond what I expected. Sallie's recommendations were valid and not ones, in most cases, that I would have even thought of. They ranged from getting my personal touch neutralized, to completely reinventing a room for another purpose to help potential buyer's see themselves there. I just sold a home in Cape Charles as a FSBO. There is so much that you don't know going it alone. Makes me appreciate her engagement even more! Sallie had a medley of contractors up her sleeve. In fact the guy who did most of the work is now building me a home in Cape Charles. Now that's confidence! I don't recommend many people but Sallie is a dedicated and knowledgeable agent. She has grace and class and it was a joy to have her represent me and my home.
