Today I sold my house in Goochland County. It was bittersweet letting it go - it holds so, so many memories. It was time though, and I have to say that I couldn't have done it without the amazing help of a fantastic realtor - Chris Ellis. I no longer live in the area, so Chris handled all of the tedious details, he herded sub-contractors, other agents, and me (when necessary!!).
