My wife and I were looking for a home in the Richmond area coming from Northern Virginia. We needed to get into a home soon to beat the start of school for our children. We knew a bit about the area, having family down that way, but also knew we needed someone who is a pro and has excellent knowledge of the market and area. We also wanted a buying agent who would first LISTEN to our needs before making any recommendations. We met Keith at an open house one weekend and admired his attentiveness and genuine concern for our needs. We got in touch with him, made a quick drive down I-95, toured a number of homes, and finally made an offer on the one we loved most. We got it! Keith helped us tremendously by updating us throughout the entire process and walking us through every step with positivity and encouragement. Betts is such a helpful, informed and responsive realtor! Throughout my home-buying process, she pointed out things in the Museum District condos we looked at that I would have forgotten to note (such as lighting and closet space). She is very thorough - which helped me to feel very confident in my decision. She even offered we go back to my favorite condo at different parts of the day to make sure it got enough light (and it does!) The mortgage company, inspector and closing attorney she put me in touch with were equally responsive and very helpful. I chose to work with all of them and am glad I trusted her suggestions.
