Today I sold my house in Goochland County. It was bittersweet letting it go - it holds so, so many memories. It was time though, and I have to say that I couldn't have done it without the amazing help of a fantastic realtor - Chris Ellis. I no longer live in the area, so Chris handled all of the tedious details, he herded sub-contractors, other agents, and me (when necessary!!). Through it all, Chris remained incredibly professional, capable, friendly and a delight to work with! We listed the house on a Monday, by Tuesday evening we had 3 offers, by Wednesday evening we had a contract!! Sally handled the sale of our Condo in Richmond Va. She listed the property promptly on MLS, held multiple open houses and got a bid 10 days after we put it on the market. I thought this was impressive work. She was always available via phone or email and closed the deal in a timely manner. Rarely in business do you meet someone so conscientious and devoted to detail. Scott was always on top of things during the purchase of our new home; he always had the paperwork and the answers ready. Impressed with Responsiveness and Communication

Catie was the best choice for us in buying a home in Richmond, VA. She knew the area inside and out, took the time to get to know us and understand what we were looking for, sent us numerous home possibilities, and was honest with us about what she would do in a situation or in assessing the quality of the homes we considered. We knew she had our backs and would negotiate for us as well. We were probably most impressed by her responsiveness and communication. She was so helpful with every question we had; we had barely pushed the "send" button on our emails to her before hearing back from her. She was excellent!
