Peggie Smolko was able to get my property sold in a very difficult market. Having purchased during what proved to be the peak of the real estate market in Williamsburg. My wife and I had our property listed with another realtor but we were unable to get any offers. Our situation was complicated by the fact that my wife and I live 200 miles away from Williamsburg. We had rented the property the past four years but we needed to sell this year. Peggie worked with us to (1) come up with the right sales price; and (2) get the "touch up" work done before listing it again. Within two weeks we had an offer and the property closed July 31, 2013.
