My wife and I were looking for a home in the Richmond area coming from Northern Virginia. We needed to get into a home soon to beat the start of school for our children. We knew a bit about the area, having family down that way, but also knew we needed someone who is a pro and has excellent knowledge of the market and area. We also wanted a buying agent who would first LISTEN to our needs before making any recommendations. Betts is such a helpful, informed and responsive realtor! Throughout my home-buying process, she pointed out things in the Museum District condos we looked at that I would have forgotten to note (such as lighting and closet space). She is very thorough - which helped me to feel very confident in my decision. She even offered we go back to my favorite condo at different parts of the day to make sure it got enough light (and it does!)
