This was our first time buying a house, and needless to say, my husband and I were very nervous! Kristi led our house hunt from the first moment with an incredibly positive attitude, and she made the process seem less stressful than we anticipated. There were bumps along the way with tricky sellers, but Kristi was there with us throughout the whole process, giving us valuable advice and helping to guide us to make the decision that worked best for US! Kristi always had our best interest in mind, but she never tried to steer us in a direction we didn't want to go. She is a great listener, and sometimes it seemed like she knew what we wanted or would like before we even got to the house! Ultimately, we chose the last house on our long hunt, and Kristi was there to help us with all of the confusing technical responsibilities of buying a house, as well as to celebrate with us!

We truly feel like she not only prioritized our needs and wishes, making us feel comfortable and welcomed, but she also made us feel like part of her family. Kristi cares deeply about her family and staying in touch, so to make us feel like we were part of that dynamic was very special.
