Eliza always responded very promptly to questions and made herself available. She gave excellent advice regarding the purchase of the property (ex. escalation clause, earnest money amount, etc.). We went to the open house totally unprepared to buy. Eliza had a showing at a different location after we met at 2:30 pm. Contracts were reviews at 8:00 pm the same day. We are "new" to Richmond but would definitely recommend Eliza if we hear of anyone buying or selling a house.
