Tina Winn is a fantastic real estate agent. She seems to know everything about the Richmond and surrounding areas. She even knows details and info about nearly every neighborhood you can imagine. Tina is also great about finding out additional information. Any question we asked, even the ones in passing, she would find information. She even has a very accurate sense of the market and has a good idea of what houses will sell for.
Now the best parts... while shopping for a home, Tina was very active in helping us identify and find the perfect home. Even ones on the MLS we were interested in, she would drive by and check out before we even saw the home itself. If something in one house sparked our interest, she came back with several more suggestions regarding where to look and homes that might be worth a check. Once we found a house, she remained active. She was present for every home/engineer inspection, pulled past permits and selling information on the house , and really helped to pick out what was worth negotiating for.
Our experience with Tina was so great and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Richmond, VA area. Once she is your agent, you will have the hardest working representative looking out for your interests.
As a side note, an added bonus is that Tina knows where every great bakery in town is. Wherever you are that day, she can let you know where to find amazing pastry. :)
