Given Ann's extensive knowledge of the entire Richmond area, she proved to be a Godsend in pinpointing neighborhoods we would enjoy. She was very patient in that we vacillated from renting, to a townhouse and finally to a residential property in a beautiful neighborhood. Ann stood by us during this process and always provided keen insight in our decision making process.
