I met Kim through a mutual friend and at that time I was frustrated with my current agent. As an investor of rental properties it was important my agent show me listings that were priced right and also in a good school system. Kim and I discussed my needs and exchanged ideas on how to identify properties that fit those needs. Within days of speaking Kim identified a property for me that fit all those needs and more. That transaction went so well I contacted Kim again and recently purchased a beautiful property close to my children in the West End.
