I must say Kim Bergin was very professional and knowledgeable. She cared about what I wanted. She was always looking out for my best interests. My closing was not the norm. There were a lot of problems with the title which made Kim’s job very difficult. Most Realtors would have given up, but Kim didn’t. When other parties dropped the ball, she picked it up and got it done. She was fantastic! You have one excellent Realtor and should be proud to have her on your team.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about Jack. He expertly guided us every step of the way and thoroughly informed us of the next step of the process. He immediately responded and answered our questions. He held a timely open house which resulted in numerous offers and his intricate chart led to our selecting the best one. Most notably was the fact that we were out of the country during this entire process. He used digital documents to complete the sale and adjusted his timeline to suit our schedule. It is especially impressive that in this day and age, Jack did what he said he was going to do and never left us hanging. Finally, it was a pleasure working with Jack and we certainly plan to call on him for future real estate needs.

My husband and I can't say enough complimentary things about Travis. We met her initially when we were beginning our house hunt in the White Stone area for a permanent home after our retirement. Travis did for us what no other realtors had done: she met with us on multiple occasions in her office to understand our wants/needs, she took us to visit dozens of properties in the area and kept us on the cutting edge of new listings, and she always followed up on any questions we had about the property, contacting the county or contractors as needed. She was outstanding!! In the end, we found a home we absolutely LOVE and we are happily now official 'come here's! Thank you, Travis!!

Kudos to Travis Powell & her professional staff! She sold my home on the Western Branch of the Corrotoman River in only 3 days in Nov. 2020! Travis' unique style with the Buyers did not stop there. As a recent widow, I was under a lot of stress to prepare for the sale of the 9,578 sq. ft. house & garage. Utmost Professionalism and Perseverance
It is not often that I do business with my children, but my experience with Betts, my realtor, compelled me to write this review. Betts represented me and a couple of friends put together a partnership on a vacation home in Hot Springs, VA.
