Looked Out For Our Best Interest
Kim was our realtor for a purchase and a sale. My husband and I were looking to find our retirement home and she helped us find our dream home and made the negotiations with the seller a pleasant experience. Once we were settled in our new home, we wanted to get our previous home in Fredericksburg ready for sale. Since we were so happy with Kim on the purchase of our house we asked her to sell this house for us even though it was not in her area. Kim contacted her colleagues in Northern Virginia so that we could target that area with the listing system there. Kim walked us through the process of getting the house ready for sale and selling it. She did a realistic comparison with other homes in the area to determine the right sales price. Next she helped us determine which items to fix around the house so that we could maximize the selling price of our home with the least amount of cost. Even though there were numerous other homes for sale in the neighborhood, our home looked great with the landscaping suggestions Kim gave us and it sold quickly at a price we were happy with.
Kim was always very prompt in responding to us and getting the answers we needed. She looked out for our best interest throughout the entire process. We were so pleased with Kim in every aspect of both the buying and selling of our homes and we would highly recommend her to anyone.
