It's difficult to describe how Sallie Rhett turned an overwhelming project into a "done deal" in a manner of months. Never thinking I could get my husband to move, the need to get house issues checked off the "honey do" list wasn't a top priority. When the subject came up and my husband said he would move, I called Sallie within the next few days. She came to our home and had to deliver some tough news about what needed to be done to the house in order to get the best price possible. Sallie provided the name of a contractor and was able to guide him through the tasks to be done. We closed on the sale of the home 3 months after it was listed! Sallie was wonderful from day one. She constantly sent new properties to consider and always considered my feedback on these properties.
