Chelle immediately started with property searches which quickly led to multiple options and my final decision to build. With a timeline in place Chelle coordinated the sale of my home beginning with explaining the process, professional photographs, listing and holding an open house, contract negotiations, sale and all the way through close. Sallie Rhett is far and away the best real estate agent with whom we have worked. She is incredibly organized, hard-working and has a wonderful sense of the market in Richmond. (In addition to just being a fabulous person!) We bought our home from across the country and truly could not have done it without Sallie going the extra mile to coordinate all the moving parts that go into a home purchase. Every contractor or service provider she has recommended has been top notch. We plan on staying in our home for a long time however would 100% work with Sallie again if buying or selling in the future.
