She pleasantly and patiently drove me around to look at houses over a six month period to help me get comfortable with different neighborhoods and home styles, and what I might expect to find in my price range. She alerted me to homes coming on the market that might be of interest to me and arranged appointments to fit my schedule, not hers. She never pressed me to buy...until I found a home I clearly loved. She helped me negotiate a great price...and my offer was accepted! Throughout the process leading up to closing, she managed the details and negotiated professionally on my behalf. There's something else important about Sallie that I need to mention. You can trust her. Buying a house requires a certain amount of disclosure of your income and assets. She never disclosed confidential information about her other clients, and I knew I could trust her with my personal financial information. She was an all around delight to work with, and I will continue to recommend her to family and friends.
