Several things that impressed me most about Sallie are her knowledge of the Richmond real estate market and how responsive she is. I appreciated working with somebody who returned my phone calls and emails in a VERY timely manner!!!! There is still something to be said about that these days. She negotiated a lower sale price on my behalf due to the condition of the house I purchased. For that I am very happy with her skills and abilities. Sallie was extremely helpful and patient with my husband and I throughout the process of buying our first home. She was very honest and looked out for our interests when touring houses, and she worked to get us a great deal.
