I have worked with Sallie twice now--once to sell my mom's house thirteen years ago when she passed away and again this January and February to buy my daughter's first home. One was a depressed market and the other a hot one but Sallie had good strategies for both. She was great at pointing out details to my daughter and me and had a broad understanding of what we were looking for as well as the details only a practiced eye would see. In both cases, she always had the perfect person we needed to help complete the task--from fixing my mom's house for sale to closing on my daughter's. On her recommendation, I found everyone from a detail cleaner, painter and carpenter to loan officers and attorneys. I don't know how anyone could have done a better job!
