It’s a pretty scary thing to relocate to a totally different part of the country, especially during a pandemic crisis. My wife and I were fortunate to have found Kim Bergin the year before our move on an exploration of Virginia as a possible destination. At the time, Kim met with us over coffee, knowing that we might never even choose Virginia. Nevertheless, she spoke with us at length about various areas, our preferences, our fears and obstacles, and offered valuable insight and suggestions. It was this casual and hassle-free experience that we remembered when it came time to search for the right home when we did move to Virginia, and it an easy choice to pick Kim for our agent.

Right away it felt like our quest was her only concern, sending many suggestions every day, and always available for showings, questions or feedback. It seemed like Mechanicsville would be a perfect place for us. When the time came and the right home was within reach, there were several other prospective offers for the property. Kim handled our offer and negotiations swiftly and to our best advantage. All this was done safely and professionally during one of the most dangerous times of the pandemic. Even after the ink was dry, she was still happy to answer questions and provided references for the concerns that inevitably arise with any new house.
When the time comes, we will still call upon Kim, considering her a friend as well as professional representative.
