Furthermore, it was on the south of Williamsburg on the other side of the James River requiring a ferry ride to reach most shopping areas

Lauren was masterful in helping us think through all the complications and in negotiating a price that was fair and affordable. She did this by providing unusually detailed comparisons of similar homes with respect to energy efficiency, neighborhood, access to shopping and services, natural amenities (privacy, water view, wildlife, vegetation), health access, and more. She helped us compare and contrast the available choices. She identified similar homes that had recently sold and guided us through the steps of making an offer and negotiating not only a fair price but also resolution of the few problems identified in the home inspection.
