We found out there was a Under Ground Tank. Kim found the contractor to not only do the job but also meet all government regulations at a fair price. Extremely Professional

Travis, insured that a beautiful website, video, brochure and ads were created for my property and promoted them across a variety of media. I’m convinced you won’t find anyone who’ll bring more professionalism to the marketing, sale and closing of your property than Travis. She generated excitement and multiple offers even when that wasn’t the norm in the area. My property sold in weeks for a very fair price. While Travis is extremely professional, she’s also very personable and will treat you like a dear friend. If I could give her more than five stars in every area, I would.

Virginia is Excellent
Virginia has helped us buy and sell several houses in Richmond and now at the River. In that time, she has been with two different agencies which is common in this industry. What has remained consistent with Virginia however is her tenacity and advocacy for us as her clients. She is also extremely patient which is helpful in what tends to be a very stressful situation. She has only been interested in making sure we are satisfied and happy with every deal that we put together. I am a professional real estate appraiser so I meet and work with new Realtors every day. There are some good ones out there, there are some bad ones, then there are a handful of Realtors that I consider to be excellent at what they do; Virginia is excellent. I will always ask Virginia first for each time I need help buying or selling. My experience has been that she listens very closely to what we want and doesn’t try to make a bad deal fit just to get to closing.

Buying and selling real estate is very difficult and HGTV makes it look easy….it isn’t easy and participants tend to get greedy. You need someone in your corner looking out for only you. Virginia has a team around her of Real Estate professionals; not part timers. I would recommend without reservation Virginia Ward and her entire team she has built up over the years.

Simply Excellent. I presented Cathy with what I considered a difficult situation, selling my home while I was mostly away in another city. She didn't didn't flinch. Such a can-do attitude.
