Being from out of state, Robert was indispensable in explaining the purchasing process in VA. He was always available to answer questions, (sometimes twice). He couldn't have been more professional or knowledgeable. Robert also came up with some terrific ideas for my house. He saw possibilities that I didn't. From day one she seemed to go above and beyond from giving us a comprehensive tour of the city, to playing with our toddler in the yard while we looked through houses, to taking time at night to call us and tell us about new listings she had checked out that day. We were buying a home from afar and having Sallie on the ground to check things out was incredibly helpful! Even while on vacation she arranged for us to see a house (the one we ended up buying) with one of her colleagues.
