Being from out of state, Robert was indispensable in explaining the purchasing process in VA. He was always available to answer questions, (sometimes twice). He couldn't have been more professional or knowledgeable. Robert also came up with some terrific ideas for my house. He saw possibilities that I didn't. I wound up with a positive experience and feel Robert was a very instrumental in providing that for me.
