I've worked with Catie now on 2 home purchases and 1 home sale over the past 4 years. Catie has been an invaluable resource-- she has great knowledge and insight in the Richmond area, and is always open and honest with me when she thinks something is overpriced or knows I could find something better. Her instincts are always spot on, she's a skilled negotiator, and gives great advice or just lends a sympathetic ear whenever needed. But what I enjoy probably the most about Catie is how organized and buttoned-up she is. She's completely hands on throughout the process, and makes sure all parties involved in the sale are in communication and everyone is doing what they should, on schedule. I've also recommended Catie to friends and everyone has had great experiences as well!

Knocked It Out Of The Park
Randy took over the reins without hesitation after I had to fire my original realtor. He knocked it out of the park, selling my home long distance, working with the buyers and facilitating required repairs for the sale. I wish I had hired him to begin with!
