Here's my review of Sallie in 2014 & 2019:"I highly recommend Sallie! She was accessible, responsive, professional and made me feel as though I was her only client. It was my first solo home purchase, and I felt secure throughout the entire process. She interacted well with and got great results from everyone--the other realtor, the home inspector, the mortgage company, etc. I will call her again if I ever buy or sell!" It's now 2019 and I DID call her when I decided to sell that house. I can now recommend her just as enthusiastically as a seller's agent. She has an extensive network of professionals and technicians whom she can schedule in the blink of an eye to assist in preparing your home for listing. My home was under contract the day after the open house! I've now enlisted her services a third time. She patiently and expertly supported me through the ups and downs of buying and selling, and now she's shepherding me through another purchase on the heels of closing on my last home. Sherry was the agent that helped us find the house we just sold. She was wonderful to work with the first time (and honestly the only reason we went through with the purchase after dealing with a nightmare of a lender) So naturally, we went with her when it came to selling the house. She made the process of selling almost too easy. House went under contract and closed with no issues at all. If we ever find ourselves back in the RVA area we will always use Sherry.
