Acree went above and beyond over the 4 months of house hunting. We submitted 5 offers over that period of time and finally on the 5th offer they accepted it. Not only did we learn something new in each offer we submitted and each house we looked at, but as the weeks went by we started to feel discouraged. Booming market, competitive offers and being first time home owners it seems like the odds were against us. Acree always encouraged us to still go look at houses and would send us houses as well as the portal to get our thoughts. He made the process as stress free as possible.
