We met all of our goals!
When we began our search for a listing agent, we developed a checklist of our needs. We wanted a realtor with a recent sales history in the Rocketts Landing community where our home was located, we also wanted a Richmond based realtor with a recent history in our community and a connection to the city and surrounding counties. Due to a job relocation, we were also looking for a fairly quick sale. Knowing that we would be located out of state during the sale process, would require any realtor we chose to take on additional on-site and communication responsibilities.
After meeting with Virginia and discussing our specific needs, both my wife and I immediately knew that we had found the right person.
