Keith and Jene guided us through the process of fixing up and selling my mother's house when she moved to assisted living. Significant effort was required to get the house in good shape to sell, and at every point along the way the Woods provided terrific service and advice. We relied on their advice on what to fix and their recommendations for contractors, and I am convinced we saved more money by using their recommended contractors than we paid in commission for the sale. As an added bonus, the reliability of the contractors greatly reduced our anxiety throughout the process
